Hannah's Paper Daisies offers face-to-face learning sessions from a dedicated learning space in Castlemaine*, Victoria. I aim to create a calm, welcoming environment where children have the time and space to learn, ask questions and explore ideas.

Hannah's Paper Daisies will be relocating to a new home-based learning space in Harcourt from October.
After School Art Classes for Term 4, 2026
Small-group art classes for children aged 8–13 (grade 2 to 6), designed to help children explore different materials and techniques while developing their artistic skills and confidence.
Each one-hour weekly session builds on skills and ideas explored throughout the term. Children work in small groups of no more than five students, allowing plenty of time for individual guidance and experimentation.
Every child receives their own visual journal to record their experiments, observations and artistic development; a keepsake of their creative journey!
Term 4 Classes
Wednesdays or Thursdays, 4–5pm

Pricing
$300 per child for the 10-week term, beginning Week 2 of Term 4.

Trial Art Classes:
Week 1 of Term 4 will be set aside for trial classes, giving children the opportunity to try an art class before deciding whether they'd like to join the 10-week course.
Thursday 8th October.

Primary Literacy Tutoring and Support
Individual literacy sessions are tailored to your child's current skills, strengths and learning goals.
Depending on their needs, we may work on:
Reading
Spelling
Writing
Phonics
Comprehension
Other areas of literacy
I use the Sounds-Write approach, an evidence-based phonics program that provides a clear, structured approach to developing reading and spelling skills.
While Sounds-Write provides the structure, sessions are adapted to each child, allowing them to learn at a pace that suits them in a calm and encouraging environment.
Primary Maths Tutoring and Support
Maths sessions are designed to help children develop a stronger understanding of mathematical ideas and become more confident in applying their knowledge.
Depending on their needs, we may work on:
Number and place value
Addition, subtraction, multiplication and division
Fractions, decimals and percentages
Measurement and geometry
Problem-solving and mathematical reasoning
Other areas of the primary maths curriculum
Sessions are shaped around each child's current understanding and learning goals, with clear explanations, practical activities and opportunities to practise new skills.
A flexible approach to learning
Children who have experienced gaps in schooling are very welcome. Learning doesn't always happen in a straight line, and I'm happy to meet your child where they are and work from there.
Pricing
$65 per one-hour session
Regular weekly sessions are booked for the duration of the school term, with your child's session time reserved each week.
Your child’s sessions are individually planned and prepared to suit their learning needs and goals.
Payment can be made by term or by instalment.
Small-group sessions may also be available for families who would prefer to learn together. Please get in touch to discuss options and pricing.

Primary Homeschool Tutoring and Support
Hannah's Paper Daisies welcomes homeschooling families looking for personalised literacy or maths support.
Sessions can be tailored around your child's learning goals and interests and may include:
Reading and spelling
Book studies
Creative writing
Literacy activities inspired by children's literature
Support may be offered individually or in small groups, depending on your family's needs.
